We ship your order through Australia Post and it is their responsibility to ensure your parcel is delivered. Unless specified otherwise, all domestic orders are sent via regular domestic post. Once your package has been posted you will receive an email confirmation of this lodgement. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery it will be taken to your local post office for collection.
Shipping costs for regular international orders are calculated based on weight and depending on your location. Shipping times may vary.
We ship your order through DHL and it is their responsibility to ensure your parcel is delivered. We are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and any holding times of packages by customs in your country. If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to custom fees there will be a $25 fee deducted from your refund to cover shipping.
All orders will be dispatched between Monday and Friday within 48 hours of placing your order. Please note this excludes public holidays in Brisbane.
We do not ship to PO Box Addresses.
