How do I place an order? 

When viewing an item you would like to purchase, simply select your size and the quantity needed, and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can check the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the 'My Cart’ icon in the top right corner of the page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you can either continue shopping or checkout and place your order. 

How do I checkout? 

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase in your Cart, simply click the ‘Check out’ button at the bottom of the page. Next, fill out your details and select your preferred shipping method. You may enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you have to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after payment is made. 

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an online shopping payment method which Born Bair Swimwear offers all Australian customers. Afterpay allows you to shop now and pay later by paying 4 equal interest-free instalments every fortnight. Use Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your inbox. We recommend checking your Junk or Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please notify us by email at info@bornbairswimwear.com. 

Can I make any changes to the order I just placed?

Unfortunately, once payment for your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes to the order.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders that have been cancelled before they have been shipped will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account. If you have used Afterpay for your payment method you will be refunded to the original card used. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. 

Where is my order? I have not received it yet?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder.

What composition are your fabrics?

Our first collection fabric is 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex. Our second collection of fabric is environmentally friendly and sustainable Oeko-Tex Standard 100 fabric with a composition of 92% polyester and 8% Spandex. 

Where are your care instructions?

Please check the wash label on your swimwear. These are all attached by string for you to cut off so that it is not visible when wearing. Please ensure you keep your label so that you can properly care for your items. 

Where can I find your returns form?

Our returns form can be downloaded from our returns page. This will have all the information you need to return an item. 

What is the small stitch seam in my reversible swimwear?

All of our reversible bottoms will have a small stitched seam on the black side of the material of your swimwear. This is where the manufacturer turns the garment inside out to allow you to reverse your swimwear bottoms. This is completely normal and cannot be seen - so no need to worry.
